TDS and TDOC strengthen their alliance in 2009

Richard Townsend-Rose of TDOC and Patrick Neininger of TDS are proud to announce that the Sales and Marketing of TDOC has now been taken over by Technical Document Solutions Ltd.
Patrick and Richard met in August 2007. Following this, TDS commenced an examination of the market for TDOC. The first TDS sale was made in February 2008. Following a lengthy product review with a prospective Irish distributor, several User Interface changes were made to the product: a QuickStart screen to give new users a "flying start", and a Dashboard for advanced users. Both these build on the toolbars added for a major Irish Contractor in January 2007. The innovative development of TDOC continues.
The release of the TDOC Brochure in January 2009 combined with web marketing activities has seen a major increase in enquiries despite the recession as organisations seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
In addition, with effect from 1st February 2009, TDS take over the administration of all existing support contracts. However, the delivery of support will remain as it always has been under Richard's direction.
